What is Scrum
Scrum is a framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products. It is simple to understand but difficult to master. It is the approach we can use to address complex adaptive problems while efficiently and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. Although Scrum has been used primarily for software development, people around the world have adapted it for marketing, HR, hardware design, embedded software, autonomous vehicles, education, and government. In short, Scrum can be used to manage the operation of the organizations that create nearly everything we use in our daily lives.

It is the bridge for IT and business units to work together to build high-quality software. In Hong Kong, the most common challenge is a lack of understanding of Scrum.
