We are the only service in Hong Kong that will provide you with management experience of large-scale and authority with exemplary delivery and implementation. We have experience producing high quality software and understand how integral it is in fulfilling business and customer needs. Our philosophy is to first, educate clients and then help them implement. We provide Scrum, DevOps, coaching and consulting services and agile-related trainings to help clients better prepare for their own organizational transformations.

Professional Scrum Trainers bring current software development practices and real-world Scrum experience to the classroom, as PSTs spend a significant amount of their time working on software projects.  All PSTs must stay up-to-date through annual face-to-face trainer meetings and support of the community.

All training materials are collaboratively maintained and improved by our community of Scrum experts and our founder Ken Schwaber, the co-creator of Scrum.

Certification

To receive a Professional certification, you need to prove your knowledge, understanding and ability to apply Scrum in the real-world.  That is why we have decoupled our certification assessments from our training.  Although each Scrum HK training class includes a free attempt at a Scrum.org assessment, you still need to prove your knowledge by passing the assessment test with a score of 85% or better to receive the associated Professional certification.
